Refund policy

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product in the following cases:

1. If the wrong product was delivered (e.g. a different model, size, color or motif than the one specified in the order).

2. If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. an incorrectly printed design or a visible defect in the quality of workmanship).

In the above cases, the buyer is obliged to submit a complaint no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, by sending photos and a short description of the defect via e-mail specified on our contact page. Upon receipt of the complaint, we will conduct an inspection and, if the complaint is found to be justified, we will offer the buyer the following options, of which he is obliged to choose one:

1. Replacement of the product for a correct product.

2. Refund of the amount paid for the product and delivery costs.

All re-delivery costs in these cases are borne by Duško Kuliš Shop.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided during the ordering process.

Duško Kuliš Shop is not responsible for incorrectly ordered products or incorrectly entered data. Duško Kuliš Shop sends all shipments in good condition and in appropriate packaging and cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transport. We suggest that you inspect the shipment upon receipt and, if there is any damage, report the defects to the delivery person without delay. Exclusion of the right to return without giving reasons

In accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving reasons in the event that the product is made according to the specific requirements of the consumer or is clearly adapted to his personal needs.

Since all our products (such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, hats and other printed textile items) are made exclusively after receiving the order and are adapted to the customer's choice (model, size, color, motif, etc.), returning goods due to personal dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection or change of mind is not possible.

Note on size selection

We ask customers to carefully check the size charts that are clearly listed with each product before ordering, and contact us for additional information if necessary. We will be happy to help you evaluate and choose the right size.
