How much does delivery cost?

The price of delivery to a home address within Croatia is €5.50, and for orders over €75.00, delivery to a home address is free. The price of delivery to parcel machines within Croatia is €3.00, and for orders over €50.00, delivery to parcel machines is free. The price of international delivery is automatically calculated depending on the weight of the product and destination, and in accordance with the price list of the Croatian Post.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to ship all orders received on weekdays within 3 business days. During periods of heavy business load, delays are possible. The delivery deadline depends on the delivery service. Backorder products will be shipped as soon as they are available, which is usually within 10 days. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted (so please pay careful attention to the accuracy of your phone number and/or email).

Which delivery service do you use?

Delivery within Croatia is carried out via GLS, while delivery outside Croatia is carried out via Croatian Post. Delivery to parcel machines is also possible via the GLS Paketomat delivery service.

We deliver all products available in our web shop to all countries in the world.

What payment methods are available?

On our webshop, it is possible to make a one-time card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and a transaction payment to a bank account in Croatia.
