Terms of Use

These terms of use regulate the relationship between you as a buyer and us (Duško Kuliš Shop) as a service provider and our merchants.

Buyers can be natural persons from Croatia or from other countries.

The seller undertakes to conduct business in accordance with the laws applicable in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the EU.

The seller undertakes to protect customer data and use it only for the execution of the order.
The seller undertakes to send the ordered products on time in accordance with the shipping policy. In cases where delivery of the requested products is not possible, we will refund the entire amount paid to you within 14 days.

All shipments include an invoice in Croatian.

The prices of products listed in the webshop are in Euros

All images and other content displayed on the site are protected and Duško Kuliš Shop or our merchants reserve the exclusive right to use all content.
Any attempt at illegal activities against the system, as well as falsification of information, will be forwarded to the relevant institutions.

The sizes and colors of the graphics and T-shirts in the pictures may differ from those in real life. Photos, pictures and graphics on the webshop serve as illustrative examples and their display depends on the screens on which you view the content.

By using this webshop, you agree to the above Terms of Use, as well as to the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the EU.
